Hello guys... I am back to POST!!!
Even through that i have been busy research about GYM way to improve health and good way to lose fats fast, i had been trying since monday till now and all i can see abit improvement and it really effective by doing it because personal trainer does not mean that they are good in way of exercise to lose fats and weight. All have their diff way of style that been using. Think i could stop doing Abs workout cos it only making the muscle grow ( fats is still remain ) only.
And for chest is not only GYM will help you look nice, if you do gym at once without knowing what it for mean you have been doing the wrong starting way.
Let me tell you how our body work to improve health, fats and weight.
1. Chest...
Chest is important to guys to look good.
How to do home Chest Workout...
Answer: First of all, you have to do a very slow push-up but don't go too low more than 90 degree. It will break your neck bone if you do too risky.
How does it improve any part of our arm?
Answer: Yes, it improve on chest, shoulder and triceps but also your core.

2. For Belly Fats
I know most of you guys hate belly fats just because of girls looking at you, here is the way that i have been research just to help you.
How to do home Belly Fats Workout...
Answer: First of all, there is 7 ways to do Belly Fats Workout.
1. Air Cycling - 3 set ( 1 set 10 ) If you are able to do more ( 1 set 20 )
2. Leg Lifts - 3 set ( 1 set 10 )
3. Side Bends - Do as much as you can
4. Hip Raise - 3 set ( 1 set 10 )
5. Russian Twist - 3 set ( 1 set 10 )
6. Crunches - 3 set ( 1 set 20 )
7. Sit Ups - Do as much till you really cannot come up
Those exercise i have been doing for the past 2 days and it really improve your belly fats but don't ever do exercise at the time of 6pm, it not good for you to do that.
For Some of you want Abs muscles is totally diff to Belly Fats because your had less fats more muscles. To grain muscles in the correct way, let see what you could do if your want to look good in abs.
How to do Home Abs Workout...
Answer: First of all...
1. Sit Ups - Do as much till you really cannot come up
2. Side Sit Ups - Do as much till you really cannot come up
3. Leg Lifts - 3 set ( 1 set 12 or 15 )
Those are for Abs workout.

Running, Swimming and Basketball is the best to lose fats and yes, Food is important because some kind of food have things to be in order to lose fats.
Okay, i have finished my way of exercise but not sure it will be work for you so yeah... I hope it work even through i don't have Personal Training License to help you but those are really effective that have correct my way of exercise. :)
